You can return the product you have purchased within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date without opening/destroying/destroying the packaging, without using the product, as you received it. Before returning the product you have purchased within the specified period, you must send an e-mail to info@sporjin.net containing the product invoice number and your order number. In this e-mail, you are expected to briefly explain why you want to return the product. Sporjin.net will let you know where and how to return the product after receiving this e-mail. Once we have forwarded this information to you, you can put the product you want to return in its original packaging and send it by contracted Aras Cargo or Yurtiçi Cargo, or deliver it by hand to the specified address. If you deliver by courier, tell us which courier company you delivered. You need to report it via info@sporjin.net. Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. Please note that it is assumed that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.
In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the return of the product is not accepted.
